CHDT Subsidiary OBS Becomes New Consumer Electronics Manufacturer and Team Inc. Expects 2008 Profit Rise

CHDT Corporation, a Florida corporation (OTCBB: CHDO) announced recently that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Overseas Building Supply(OBS), will be re-branded as a new consumer electronic products company called Black Box Innovations, LLC. (BBI) Management's decision was based on the deepening decline in the housing and construction industries which has resulted in the inability of OBS to successfully penetrate the building supply market. Black Box Innovations will focus on bringing innovative technology to consumer products.
DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) is expanding its work under its Civilian Police (CIVPOL) contract with the U.S. State Department to include new training missions in Haiti and Liberia. The expanded work has a value of more than $7 million. Under the Haiti Stabilization Initiative task order, DynCorp International will provide training support for up to 444 Haitian National Police. The task order includes DynCorp International procurement of the Haitian police force's basic and specialized non-lethal equipment, vehicles and communications equipment.
Team Inc. (NASDAQ: TISI), which maintains industrial equipment, said recently it expects newly acquired companies to help boost its 2008 profit 34.1 percent to 46.3 percent compared with 2007. It expects to earn between $1.10 and $1.20 per share for the year, compared with 82 cents per share in 2007. It also expects sales of $460 million, compared with $318 million in 2007. Both its profit and sales figures are slightly below Wall Street expectations.

Brian Ingram was an 8-year-old on a family camping trip when he discovered three bundles of deteriorating $20 bills on the shore of the Columbia River near Portland, Ore., in 1980. The money turned out to be some of the $200,000 ransom D.B. Cooper was carrying when he parachuted from a plane after a 1971 hijacking.
