Energtek Anticipates Increase of NatGas Activities in India and FMC Technologies Awarded $30 Million Contract for StatoilHydro's Peregrino Project

"In 2009-10, we expect domestic natural gas output to grow by a robust 60.5 per cent to 52,239 million cubic metres (mcm)," said the economic think-tank in its April review.
FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has been awarded a contract from StatoilHydro for the manufacture and installation of surface wellheads and surface production trees for the Peregrino project. The contract is valued at approximately $30 million in revenue for FMC002E. Located in approximately 400 feet (120 meters) of water offshore Brazil in the Campos Basin, Peregrino is a heavy oil field development that will be completed in three phases and include approximately 60 wells. Today's announcement supports phase one of the project and includes 30 production wells and seven injection wells. The equipment will be manufactured at FMC's facility in Rio de Janeiro. Deliveries are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2010. "We are pleased to be a part of the Peregrino project, our first surface wellhead project with StatoilHydro in Brazil," said Bob Potter, FMC's Senior Vice President, Energy Processing and Global Surface Wellhead. "This positions FMC as the leading supplier of premium surface wellheads and trees in South America."
Wescorp Energy Inc. (OTCBB: WSCE), an oil and gas technology solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Western Canadian Oil Sands Inc., (WCOS), has leased a 2,000 barrel per day H2Omaxx water remediation unit to meet its Environmental Water Regulatory Requirements, for its oil sands operations in the Athabasca Oilsands in Northern Alberta, Canada. H2Omaxx is a commercially proven, safe, effective and economical process for cleaning and separating oil and solids from produced water using patented technology. Test results on the H2Omaxx unit have been shown to reduce the oil content in produced water to less than 0.001% or 10 parts per million, thereby allowing oil and gas operators to reduce, reuse, and recycle water. Wescorp will commence construction of the H2Omaxx unit during the fourth quarter and deploy it into the field upon completion. The initial term of the lease is for one year.
American Petro-Hunter, Inc.
