U.S Equity News provides Client Performance Update: DMOI, EPIO, SCTN and JMIT

City of Industry, CA --(www.USEquityNews.com)-- 02/01/2008 - Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOI) recently announced that it has entered into an agreement with a private Texas company to acquire six producing oil and gas properties. DMOI has commenced a short period of due diligence and financing activities. DMOI intends to complete the acquisition of the first of the properties within sixty days. "We believe this agreement puts us on the right track with our oil and gas program," said DMOI's CEO David Loflin. Today DMOI has traded over 340,000 shares, up 10% trading at $0.0044.


EPIC Corporation (OTC: EPIO), is currently trading at $0.15 with over 20,000 shares traded. Today the multi-media communications and broadcasting company, with its radio broadcasting crew, broadcast live last night from the Super Bowl media row and again were visited by some of the greatest celebrities in sports and entertainment today. Comic Frank Caliendo, www.frankcaliendo.com, had the crew in stitches and gasping for air as his impersonations of John Madden, George Bush and others lit up media row. The crew will continue its broadcasts from the Hyatt downtown and listeners can log on to www.wwnnradio.com or www.epicfinancialnetwork.com at 6 pm Eastern time as the line of guests continues.

Smart Chip Technologies (OTC: SCTN) today announced that the company has filed its 2003 10k with the SEC. Forms 10K from 2004 through 2007 will also be filed shortly thereafter. Completing the filings will allow the company to move forward to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market once the SEC approves their filings. The company shares are currently up 30% trading at $0.10 with over 200,000 shares

Fonality, a maker VoIP phone systems for small and midsize businesses, has selected JMI Telecom (OTC: JMIT) to distribute its PBXtra VoIP-capable phone system. In addition, Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) announced that it will begin bundling Fonality's open-source software with its enterprise servers. JMI Telecom is currently trading at $.66.
