Big Screen Entertainment's "William Shatner's Gonzo Ballet" Accepted Into Numerous Festivals and Image Entertainment Acquires "44 Inch Chest" - Plans Early 2010 Theatrical Release

(NASDAQ: DISK), a leading independent licensee and distributor of entertainment programming in North America, announced today that it has acquired all U.S. rights to the film "44 Inch Chest" and will be releasing the film theatrically at the beginning of 2010. Written by Louis Mellis and David Scinto ("Sexy Beast"), the film was directed by Emmy-nominated Malcolm Venville. "44 Inch Chest" was produced by Steve Golin ("Babel," "Being John Malkovich," "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," "Rendition") and Richard Brown ("I've Been 12 Forever," "Notna").

"My Bloody Valentine: Be Mine 4 Ever" an all-new "live" multi-sensory horror experience, will be a standout attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood's(SM)"Halloween Horror Nights" event beginning its 16-night run on October 2, per an agreement between the theme park and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), the leading next generation studio. The attraction is based upon the 2009 theatrical re-make of the original 1981 Canadian slasher classic, which was released by Lionsgate to great box-office success earlier this year and is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.
