palm Desert, CA --(www.USEquityNews.com)-- 05/24/2010 - Cytta Corp's (OTCBB: CYCA) Vice President, Karl J. Harz and his wife Marilyn K. Harz RN, Ph. D. attended the California Association of Physician Group's (CAPG) Annual Conference on May 13th-16th, 2010. This conference was attended by representatives of Health Plans, Medical Groups, Physicians, Hospitals and Foundations. In addition, over 44 Exhibitors represented by Pharmaceutical Companies, Medical Device manufacturers, e- technology companies, accountants and legal firms.

The focus of the conference was how to define Health Care Reform and how do providers of healthcare prepare themselves for the future. The buzz word for these four days was "Accountable Care Organizations." These organizations are comprised of physicians, hospitals and Health Plans working together to provide integrated healthcare to their members regardless of where they reside.

We at Cytta Corp. see our technology as an important and integral part of this coordinated care process. By delivering healthcare information 'in the moment,' Providers can provide healthcare services appropriately regardless of where the Member lives. What this means is that when a Member is measuring his or her own blood pressure or blood glucose or weight or EKG patterns, this information can be sent instantaneously to the healthcare provider so that medical decisions can be made to provide treatment.

These treatments may include titrating or providing medications, regulating the Member's diet or it may mean that the Member needs to be seen by the physician or other healthcare provider. It is crucial that members in rural areas where it is difficult to get to see a doctor have the ability to transmit their data so that care can be delivered immediately. Information 'in the moment' to make better decisions, is the future of healthcare and Cytta Corp. is positioned to provide that vehicle.

Mr. Harz has currently identified, contacted and is in various stages of discussion with numerous leading edge vendors and manufacturers. Each of these developers has created, and can provide the peripheral devices to measure: blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, EKG patterns, weight, oxygen saturation and spirometry and others in the home or remote environment.

These revolutionary devices and systems will use our advanced technology to send the results to the healthcare Provider whether by e-fax, encrypted e-mail or directly into the Member's electronic medical record. This data can be displayed in various numerical formats, it can be graphed to show trends of these measurements and it can be utilized to provide early warning of dangerous trends.
We at Cytta Corp. are positioning ourselves to be ahead of the curve on healthcare reform and look forward to partnering with newly formed Accountable Care Organizations to provide better and faster care to its Members utilizing the concept of a Coordinated Care Process.
