Cary, NC --(www.USEquityNews.com)-- 04/19/2010 - Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (Solarbrook) (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products today announces a business update for the end of the third quarter (period ending March 31, 2010).

"We are very pleased with our accomplishments for this quarter," commented George Moore, CEO of Solarbrook Water. "There has been an enormous amount of interest in our company which has opened several doors for us. We've secured several new distributors for our products this period and also signed a licensing agreement with Action Universal Corporation (a Chinese company located in Hong Kong), who will market our products in Asia. We've also responded to several requests for proposals for aqua culture systems in Europe and municipalities here in North Carolina and throughout the United States. We are pleased to have had a positive quarter and look forward to more news and growth in the weeks to come."

Third Quarter Highlights Include:

Solarbrook Water is being considered to receive a grant to fund research and development in ozone treatment in the Aqua Culture industry.

We are currently involved in two ozone treatment studies. One is for an air scrubber system in the textile industry (that has just finished its second series of bench testing), and the other is for a cooling tower study with a large electronic company in the Research Triangle Park, NC.

Our sales team is actively working on several proposals, which include a project using an ozone system in a large Washington State (potable) Water Treatment Plant, and a project for a large municipal odor control system in North Carolina. In addition, our sales team is communicating with a waste treatment company currently working on an Indian reservation in the southeastern United States, to discuss how our technologies could possibly assist them with their needs.
Interest in the AquaClens(TM) system in Asia has resulted in a redesign of the unit, downsizing it into a smaller system. Marketing of this smaller system is scheduled to begin in April.

Interest in the HydroFlo PLUS(TM) system has expanded throughout the southeastern part of the state. The green odor control process combined with lower treatment cost, and expanded infrastructure life has brought us new contacts throughout this quarter.
