The companies did not disclose terms of the agreement. EMI Music Publishing has withdrawn as a party to the complaint filed by certain music publishing companies against XM in March 2007.

Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) announced today that Russell Sakamoto has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
