McDonald's Offering Free Meals to Emergency Service Personnel and Olive Garden Among Tops in Customer Service Ratings

The results of a quarterly customer service survey released recently included Olive Garden, part of Orlando-based Darden Restaurants Inc. (NYSE:DRI), and Publix among the brands with the highest marks. Corporate Research International reported the results of RealPeopleRatings.com, which looks at the importance of brand image and customer perception. The market research firm used online opinion polls as a survey to a pool of 1,304 panelists this quarter.
Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. (OTC BB: FDOG) announced it has expanded its reach to Phoenix, AZ. The company opened its newest restaurant this week in Phoenix at 4727 East Bell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85032. The new restaurant is the first Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs & Grille restaurant in Arizona.
