Wireless technology company InterDigital Inc (Nasdaq:IDCC) recently said a U.S. Judge has consolidated proceedings in two pending International Trade Commission cases it filed against Samsung Electronics Co Ltd and Nokia (NYSE:NOK). InterDigital filed a complaint with the commission in August saying Nokia was engaged in unfair trade practices involving two InterDigital patents related to certain 3G handsets and components.
Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) will release its third-quarter 2007 financial results on Thursday, Nov. 1. The results will be posted at www.sprint.com/investors at approximately 7 a.m. EDT.
