Ground Floor Opportunity Created as Emerging Ethanol Production Firm
Launches a New Era with New Corporate Name and New Trading Symbol

The U.S. Domestic Ethanol Production Industry is rapidly growing, and expanding; while at the same time consolidating among key industry teams.

One rising firm, ALL Fuels & Energy Company (OTC: AFSE), is seen as an emerging Industry leader. ALL Fuels & Energy Company is positioning to quickly become one of the premier ethanol production firms in the U.S., combining industry leadership in plant design and plant management.

AFSE is poised for strong growth due to the depth of its Founding Team, coupled with an aggressive business model that combines both immediate acquisitions of existing production plants, as well as the building of additional new plants. The Company has an initial business objective to become a producer of 500 million gallons of ethanol per year.

We all know today that Ethanol is becoming widely used as an automotive fuel mixed with gasoline, in common blends that contain either 10% ethanol or 85% ethanol mixed with gasoline.

U.S. ethanol production is reaching unprecedented levels. In 2005, 4.3 billion gallons of ethanol were produced in the nation, up from 3.4 billion gallons the previous year. The dramatic growth continues because of consumer demand and the number of production facilities set to begin operations.

Currently, there are 83 ethanol production facilities in the U.S., primarily centered throughout the Corn Belt. Today, nearly half of ethanol plants in the U.S. are farmer-owned cooperatives.

Corn is the primary feedstock for U.S. ethanol production. Ethanol can also be made from other products such as grain sorghum (milo), wheat, barley, sugar cane or beets, cheese whey, and potatoes. Cellulosic feedstocks such as municipal waste or recycled products, rice hulls, bagasse (fibrous residue from sugar cane), small diameter trees, wood chips, and switch grass may also be commonly used in the future.

ALL Fuels & Energy company has a premier Management Team in place with its Founding Members. AFSE considers management experience to be one of the most critical factors in starting a new business.

The Company founders are Dean Sukowatey, James Broghammer, Scott Zabler, Bibb Swain, Rob Swain, John Hopkins, and Mark Leonard. The Company founders are playing the leading role in the management of the business. In addition, the leadership and management for the majority of the business development, financing, negotiating and construction will come from the founders.

ALL Fuels & Energy Company (OTC: AFSE) has recently signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the existing ethanol plant of Ace Ethanol LLC. that is located in Stanley, WI.

ALL Fuels & Energy Company founders include members from Pacesetter Management, the operator of the Ace Ethanol Plant, and from Delta –T Corporation, the plant design and process engineering firm for the Ace Ethanol Plant.

The Ace Ethanol plant in Wisconsin has been up and running successfully for 2 and ½ years generating 100 million in annual revenues by producing 42-43 million gallons of ethanol per year. Ace Ethanol was the first large scale ethanol plant in the state of Wisconsin. The plant is capable of producing 120,000 gallons of ethanol per day.

In addition, ALL Fuels & Energy Company is in the development stage of building a state of the art 100 million gallon ethanol plant, on 150 acres in Manchester, IA. The build out, using the same plant design team as used at Ace Ethanol, is anticipated to occur over the 15-20 months following completion of financing. AFSE has been making solid progress towards its construction goal at Manchester.

To date, the Company has engaged Delta-T Corporation to Provide Project Engineering Services and Delta-T's engineers are currently working with Kraus-Anderson Construction, the intended plant general contractor. Significant progress towards completing the necessary preliminary engineering work has been achieved.

Delta-T Corporation is a Virginia-based company with over twenty years of experience in
the ethanol industry. Delta-T is recognized as one of the leading providers of technology relating to the design and construction of ethanol production facilities. To date, Delta-T has designed and overseen the construction of over 80 production facilities and alcohol dehydration/purification systems. From 1986 through 2005, Delta-T technology was installed in facilities with in excess of one billion gallons of production capacity for ethanol distillation/dehydration and in corn-to-ethanol facilities with in excess of 180 million gallons of production capacity.

Currently, Delta-T is involved in the design and construction of facilities with new production capacity in excess of 500 million gallons located in the U.S., China and Europe, and has been awarded contracts relating to projects with an additional 450 million gallons of production capacity.

All being said, ALL Fuels & Energy Company (OTC: AFSE) is definitely a Company to consider in the fast growing Alternative Energy Sector.
